专利说明:

The invention relates to glasses, comprising at least one optical lens with outer contours, and a body that at least partially follows the outer contours, the body being attached to the at least one lens.
Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of glasses.
The fit for a wearer is very important for every clothing accessory. This is especially true for glasses because they are worn over a long period of time. However, glasses that are designed to fit a wearer's face are often not very comfortable because wearers are very different. The different shapes of the faces of the straps do not fit all straps in the same comfortable way. Pressure points can thus occur.
Various aspects relating to ski goggles, in particular with regard to wearing comfort, effects on the use of the ski goggles, the basic structure of the ski goggles and respective manufacturing problems are explained in US 2016/0008174 A1.
In the context of the present invention, the outer contours are, for example, the edge or the frame of the at least one optical lens, wherein the lens can be planar or convex, for example.
It is an object of the invention to improve the comfort of a form-fitting glasses.
The object of the invention is achieved by glasses of the type mentioned, wherein the body has a first body part which is attached to the at least one lens, and a second body part which is interchangeably attached to the at least one lens or to the body is, wherein the first and the second body part together form the body.
By dividing the body into the first body part and the second interchangeable body part, an individually adjustable body is obtained. The second interchangeable body part enables parts of the body to be exchanged according to the specific needs of a person wearing the glasses.
It is advantageous if the first body part comprises a first body fastening means and the replaceable second body part comprises a second body fastening means, the at least one lens being fastened to a lens fastening means, a frame, the first and the second body fastening means being at least partially complementary Form, with respect to the frame.
This solution offers comfort for the wearer of glasses. In particular, the body cross section of the first body part can also be held on the second interchangeable body part, and thus the assembled body parts are recognized by the wearer as a single body and no pressure points are left by unsuitable parts.
It is clear to the person skilled in the art that the body is not limited to two parts. The body can also comprise more than one interchangeable part. In other words, the first part can also be interchangeable, or the body can comprise three or more parts, one or more parts of which can be interchangeable and thus the body can be configured completely on the face of a wearer.
In a further development of the glasses, the first and the second body fastening means of the body are set up to by means of at least one frame attached to the at least one spectacle lens by means of the first body part and the exchangeable second body part

Patent office to attach at least one detachable connector, preferably a snap connector, a Velcro fastener, a magnetic connector, a push-button connector with corresponding brackets or a screw attachment. It is clear to the person skilled in the art that the number of connectors used in the glasses can be selected individually. As a result, the interchangeable second body part can be easily replaced with a part that better fits the face of the wearer of the glasses.
It is advantageous if the exchangeable second body part is a nose part of the glasses that fits the nose of a wearer of the glasses.
The nose part of a face is the most variable and has different shapes on the faces of different wearers, and a specific adaptation to the shape of a single wearer significantly improves comfort. It should be noted that a specific adaptation of the form-fitting contour of the body to the face of the wearer makes sense both in a vertical plane and in a horizontal plane if the glasses are worn in an upright position of the wearer's head.
In a further development of the glasses, the body is attached to the inwardly facing surface of the at least one lens, which faces the face of a wearer of the glasses.
Thus, a body can be attached to the lens very easily, which saves production costs and enables slim designs.
In a preferred embodiment, the glasses can further comprise a headband connected to the body, wherein the body is designed such that it provides a form fit with the face of a wearer of the glasses and the body is designed to withstand a contact force caused by the headgear is created to be exposed to the wearer's face, the body and the headgear together gripping the wearer's head and creating the contact force. The headband can preferably be elastically stretchable and made of an elastic material, and the headband is designed in such a way that it establishes the contact force with the glasses when the glasses are worn on the head, which then produces the desired positive fit.
Thus, the comfort of the glasses is further improved, since the second interchangeable part allows a special adjustment not only in a vertical plane, but also in a horizontal plane when the glasses are worn in an upright position of the head of the wearer. Accordingly, an individual, three-dimensional shape fit can be achieved for the wearer along the circumference of the body.
In a further preferred embodiment, the body is made of a foam, a textile, a rubber material or a combination thereof. As a result, the wearing comfort of the glasses is further improved, since the material is adapted so that it fits on the face of the wearer even when the body is arranged in two parts.
The aim of the invention is achieved by using the glasses as sports glasses, preferably as ski goggles or as protective glasses.
[0021] The use of the glasses is favorable with regard to improved wearing comfort.
The invention and its advantages are further explained in connection with the embodiments shown in the drawings, as explained below and which are given for the purpose of illustration and do not limit the scope of the invention. The figures show in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3 a perspective front view of a first embodiment of glasses according to the invention with a headband, a perspective front view of the first embodiment without the headband, a perspective rear view of the first Embodiment of the glasses,
